The promotion is only applicable to Annual Travel Insurance by designated insurers. The maximum value of the renewal is equivalent to the policy premium of the first year.
Renewal for the next year is only applicable to the same insurer's Annual Travel Insurance and the premium will be subjected to insurer's final review. If the insurer decides to increase the premium in the following year after the underwriting process, customer will be required to pay the premium difference.
Notification of the renewal will be issued about three to six weeks prior to the final insurance period of the policy. Customers are required to pay the relevant taxes.
The renewal offer will be applied by the final insurance period of first year policy, please take note to the relevant renewal notice. An expired, unused offer will not be extended nor refunded.
