Motorcycle Insurance

According to the Laws of Hong Kong, any person who uses a motorcycle on a road must purchase Third-Party Liability Insurance.

Whether you hold a learner licence, a probationary licence or a full driving licence, you are legally required to obtain valid Third-Party Motorcycle Insurance. Moreover, you have to declare the usage of your motocycle (for private use such as private and leisure activities, or for business use such as food delivery) when applying for an insurance policy.
